Accredited Investor

An investment in AES Capital's hedge funds is suitable only for individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, trusts or other entities of adequate financial means who are Accredited Investors and have no need for liquidity with respect to such investments.

AES Capital is restricted to those individuals and entities who are considered to be relatively sophisticated and financially independent under the securities laws. We require that our investors demonstrate such sophistication by maintaining on file an Accredited Investor Suitability Form.

Information about our privately offered hedge funds is available only to pre-qualified individuals and entities of appropriate sophistication and net worth, and is not available to the general public.
